The space
The house is located in a private housing estate closed by a barrier, it is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor :
An entrance hall with various storage spaces for your coats and shoes
A large open living room with:
*A living room area with large corner sofa, coffee table and television.
*A dining room area with large table for 8 people
*A kitchen area with island, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cookware…
*Access to the garden level with its large terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture, deckchairs, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor dining room.
Independent toilets
A garage with washing machine, freezer, raclette machine, fondue machine, pancake machine, but above all space to secure your motorcycles, bicycles or other equipment!
On the 1st floor, accessible by a wooden staircase from the entrance hall, you will have:
- Bathroom 1: Large walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink
- Bathroom 2: Shower and sink
- Independent toilets
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed with large cupboard/wardrobe (Velux window with electric shutter)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size trundle bed 160 cm, large cupboard/wardrobe and mountain view (semi-opaque curtains/no shutters)
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed 160 cm, cupboard/wardrobe and mountain view (semi-opaque curtains/no shutters)
- Bedroom 4: Single bed and pull-out bed, large cupboard/wardrobe and work space with desk (shutters)
Please note that, for your comfort:
- Sheets and towels are provided and set up
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.
- The house has a Wifi internet connection
- You can park 2 to 3 vehicles in the private outdoor parking lot of the co-ownership
Important note:
- As the keys are not handed over independently, we ask for a supplement of €15 for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., €30 from 9:30 p.m. and €50 after midnight.
The house is located on the first heights of Aix-Les-Bains, so you will be:
- 15 minutes walk from the Chevalley Thermal Baths for your thermal treatment or a spa afternoon (3 minutes by bus or car)
- 5 minutes by car (20 min. walk) from Place Carnot for a brunch on the terrace, from the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous stained glass windows and Art Nouveau mosaics or try your hand at games of chance, from the Faure Museum to admire a beautiful collection of works of art…
Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, has been a major holiday resort since the 19th century and offers an ideal location for a diversified tourist stay with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its golf course 18 internationally renowned holes (club 1895) open all year round.
In addition, the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, will allow you to entertain yourself with a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise, boat rental without charge). permit…) – 10 minutes by car
You will also be close to:

- its station is notably served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours

- 15 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
