On the ground floor (almost completely renovated), you will find

- Access to the garage where you can play ping-pong if the weather is not good
On the 1st floor (completely renovated), you will have:
- A huge living room illuminated by large windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy:
=> a kitchen area equipped with all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils, etc.)
=> a dining area with its huge and magnificent table and 12 seats.
=> a lounge area with the traditional set: corner sofa, armchairs, coffee tables and TV.
=> access to the balcony facing the lake with 2 tables and numerous garden armchairs
- Independent toilets
- A bathroom with Italian shower, large bathtub and double sink unit
- A 1st bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and cupboard/wardrobe
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm + 1 pull-out bed) and cupboard/wardrobe
On the 2nd floor, which has not been renovated (woodwork, carpets and old tapestries), you will find:
- A 3rd dormitory bedroom in the attic, with double bed (160x200cm) and two single beds (90x190cm+1 pull-out bed)
- A 4th bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and cupboard/wardrobe
- A 5th bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and cupboard/wardrobe
- A small old bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and sink
Outside, in addition to the dining area, you will have access to a terrace with stone barbecue, deckchairs, aperitif area with high table and bar stools and a large boule/pétanque/molki court surrounded by of a huge wooded park.
Please note that, for your comfort:
- The house has WIFI
- SHEETS and TOWELS can be provided and installed ON REQUEST (12€ per person)
- Baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.

The house is located on the slopes of Lake Aiguebelette, so you will be close to:
-the magnificent Lac d'Aiguebelette, a preserved natural lake with emerald green reflections, support for a wide variety of water activities (rowing, paddle, canoeing, pedal boats, etc.) - Less than 5 minutes from the nearest beaches by car.
-the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
-the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes and Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France – 30 minutes by car.
-the Chartreuse massif regional natural park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata… From 5 minutes by car.
Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
Saint Alban de Montbel is also located, by car:
- 40 minutes from Annecy
- 50 minutes from Lyon and 40 minutes from its airport
- 1 hour from Geneva
- 5 minutes from Lépin-le-Lac station served by the TER and 20 minutes from Chambéry station where the TGV reaches Paris in 3 hours.
