The space
All rooms are served by the main corridor:
As soon as you enter the large open main room of this beautiful apartment of about 60m², renovated, you will be seduced by the cocoon atmosphere of materials and colors (oak parquet flooring, wall woodwork, cozy carpets and plaids, solid wood and metal furniture).
In this cozy, warm and modern atmosphere, you will enjoy relaxing around a board game or in front of good movies (portable video projector) in the hollow of the large corner sofa in the lounge area decorated with an atmospheric fireplace.
You will also appreciate the delicious dinners around the dining room table for 6 and the kitchen, very contemporary and very well equipped (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hood, induction hob, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender arm, crockery and utensils...) which offers everything necessary for the preparation, conservation and tasting of the most typical dishes (raclette and fondue machine)!
As for the bedrooms, the apartment has two with a large wardrobe for each:
- a bedroom with a QUEEN-SIZE BED (160 x 200 cm)
- a bedroom with large DOUBLE BUNK BEDS (2 x 140 x 190 cm)
You will also have:
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and wooden vanity unit
- Separate toilets
Outside, the south-west facing balcony terrace will offer you beautiful sunny moments with a view of the mountain around the outdoor dining room or on the 2 relaxing deckchairs!

Important note:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, it is accessible by stairs, without elevator.
Arêches-Beaufort is a charming village located in the heart of the Beaufortin, a massif still preserved from over-tourism and very popular with lovers of mountaineering in winter and summer!
It offers a variety of sports activities that covers all seasons! An extraordinary playground for lovers of alpine skiing, ski touring and freeriding. But also more than 500 km of trails in summer to hurtle down by mountain bike, gravel bike or racing bike, on a trail or to enjoy on foot.
In summer, the Marcot water sports centres and the Beaufort swimming pool will broaden the choice of activities to satisfy the little ones.

Arêches-Beaufort is easily accessible:
- 35 minutes from the Albertville TGV station (by car or bus)
- Less than 1h30 from the metropolises of Chambéry, Grenoble, Annecy and Aix-les-Bains
- 1h15 from Chambéry airport and 2 hours from the international airports of Lyon and Geneva
