The space
On the layout side,
The house is organized on one level (a step between the “sleeping area” and the living room side):
You will reach the entrance via a small gravel path and enter a large hall.
On one side, you will find the grandiose living room illuminated by huge bay windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy:
=> a kitchen area with all the useful and essential equipment (oven, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils)
=> a dining area with a large table and chairs
=> a lounge area with sofa, bench, armchairs and coffee table. A fireplace completes the decor (usable only in winter).
On the other side, you will find the “night” area served by a huge library corridor composed of:
A large master bedroom equipped with a Queen-size bed 160x200 cm, an open bathroom with an Italian shower for 2 and a toilet
Two bedrooms each with a 140x200cm double bed
A bedroom with 2 bunk beds
A 2nd bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
Independent toilets
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Outside, you can enjoy the picnic tables set up on the lawn in the shade of the large chestnut tree, the charcoal barbecue, the swimming pool and games such as table football or the ping-pong table.
/!\ IMPORTANT NOTES: The house is suitable for children, but not necessarily for the youngest (terrain on several levels, no guardrails along the swimming pool, etc.)

- SHEETS and TOWELS are provided
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.

The house is located on the slopes of Lake Aiguebelette, so you will be close to:
-the magnificent Lac d'Aiguebelette, a preserved natural lake with emerald green reflections, support for a wide variety of water activities (rowing, paddle, canoeing, pedal boats, etc.) - Less than 5 minutes from the nearest beaches by car.
-the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
-the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes and Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France – 30 minutes by car.
-the Chartreuse massif regional natural park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata… From 5 minutes by car.
Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
Aiguebelette-le-Lac is also located, by car:
- 40 minutes from Annecy
- 50 minutes from Lyon and 40 minutes from its airport
- 1 hour from Geneva
- 5 minutes from Aiguebelette-le-Lac station served by the TER and 20 minutes from Chambéry station where the TGV reaches Paris in 3 hours.
