The space
The apartment, recently renovated, combines modernity and tradition with vintage decoration elements.
The large, bright spaces open onto a green garden.
In terms of layout, you will enter directly into a hall open to the very LARGE MAIN ROOM composed of:
- A KITCHEN area equipped with: fridge-freezer, small grill oven, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, gas hob, fondue and raclette set, crockery and utensils... It includes a standing table with 2 seats.
- A DINING AREA with a table and six chairs
- A LIVING ROOM area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and television
- A pleasant south-west facing VERANDA with sofa and armchairs
From the large main room, you will have access to:
=> SEPARATE TOILETS
=> A small SAS serving:
- A large BEDROOM with Queen-size bed 160x200cm and cupboard/wardrobe
- A BEDROOM with 2 large single beds 110x190cm and wardrobe
- A BATHROOM with vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet.
=> The charming GARDEN with its terrace with an OUTDOOR DINING ROOM and shaded by a pretty green arbour.
/!\ The Cat and the friendly dog of the owners living in the apartment above are brought to be in the garden. The garden is shared with the owners.
For your comfort, note that the house has:
- Free internet connection with wifi
- A bike/ski garage
- A washing machine
Important notes:
- SHEETS and TOWELS are provided and set up on arrival
- Baby equipment can be made available on request subject to availability
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
Internal regulations:
- If the accommodation is not returned in a normal state of cleanliness, requiring more than a normal cleaning for the Company, additional costs may be invoiced to the Tenant.
For example, cleaning the barbecue or dishes is not included in the cleaning fee. If the amount is covered by the deposit, the costs incurred by the tidying up will be deducted from it.

Other things to note
There is a school playground next to the house, the noise of children during school could bother some.

The apartment is ideally located in Aix-Les-Bains:
-5 minutes by car from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (cruise, sailing, water skiing, rowing, paddle rental, kayak, pedal boat, boat without license...) - 20 minutes walk
-Less than 10 minutes by car from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos, its tennis club and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves every hour city center and lake)
25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
30 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz
Before your arrival in the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
Aix-Les-Bains is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
- its station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 15 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the city at different times of the day.
