The space
You will enter the ground floor through an entrance hall with a cloakroom, you will access here :
=> A large mixed room: TV room with a large TV and bedroom with a large convertible corner sofa. The sofa bed, equipped with a comfortable mattress topper, forms a bed for 2 measuring 150 x 200 cm. (blackout curtains)
=> Separate toilets
=> A laundry room with washing machine
=> A large garage
A wooden staircase goes up to the 1st floor. Here you will find:
=> The large living room with
• a modern kitchen with a central island equipped with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils...)
• a dining area with table for 8 people
• a library lounge area with sofas and coffee table
=> Separate toilets
=> A master suite with bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200cm, large dressing room and bathroom with Italian shower and vanity unit
=> Ground floor outdoor access with terrace, sheltered outdoor dining area, gas barbecue, beautiful swimming pool (length 8 m x width 4 m x depth 1.4 m and unheated) secured by an electric curtain and unfenced garden.
From the large main room, you will access the first floor via a wooden staircase and will have:
=> A large open room with large desk with screen, board games, bookcase and bench
=> A bathroom with vanity unit, shower, large whirlpool bath and WC
=> A bedroom with bed, Queen size 160x200cm with closet/wardrobe
=> A bedroom with bunk bed - 2 x 90 x 190 cm, cupboard/wardrobe and desk
You can park up to 3 cars in the property.
For your comfort, note that :
- The house has free internet connection with wifi
- Bed linen and towels are provided, installed and included in your booking
- Baby equipment can be made available on request subject to availability
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
Internal regulations:
A security deposit is required for each booking.
Respect the number of people allowed
Respect the neighborhood - No noise pollution (parties and events prohibited)
If the accommodation is not returned in a normal state of cleanliness, requiring more than a normal cleaning for the Company, additional costs may be invoiced to the Tenant.
For example, cleaning the barbecue or dishes is not included in the cleaning fee. If the amount is covered by the deposit, the costs incurred by the tidying up will be deducted from it.

Less than 15 minutes by car from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddling, kayaking, cruising...).
A 10-minute drive from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, a city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves the city center every hour)
25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
30 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
A 45-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz
Before your arrival in the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!
La Biolle is located: - one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network. - About 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
