The apartment, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, is arranged as follows:

in less than 10 minutes on foot, Place Carnot for a brunch on the terrace, at the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous stained glass windows and Art Nouveau mosaics or try your hand at games of chance, at the Parc Floral des Thermes (city labeled 4 flowers and fleur d'or) to rest in the shade of the tall trees
in 15 minutes on foot, to the Halles du Marché to do some shopping or to the train station.
Aix-les-Bains, Riviera of the Alps, has been a holiday resort since the nineteenth century and offers an ideal location for a diversified tourist stay with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year round.
In addition, the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, will allow you to entertain yourself with a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise, boat rental without a license...) – 10 minutes by car
You will also be close to:
the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz – From 20 minutes by car.
the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, with a rich ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – 20 minutes by car.
the city of Annecy, with its beautiful lake and charming old town looking like little Venice – 35 minutes by car.

- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
