The space
The SUITE is composed of a large open room with a huge KING SIZE BED installed facing the large bay offering an exceptional view of the lake.
The BATHROOM includes a WALK-in SHOWER, a large BATH, a toilet and a vanity unit.
You can enjoy a comfortable lounge with sofa to enjoy tea (kettle), coffee (Nespresso coffee machine), or aperitif (mini-fridge).
The suite is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and Wi-Fi.
On your arrival, you will find:
- Bottle of Savoy Bubbles

- Coffee and Tea
- Towels, bathrobes and slippers

The restaurant L'Epicerie Chez JIB, located on the ground floor of the building, offers from Thursday to Monday, lunch and dinner, a gourmet and generous cuisine in a very warm atmosphere!
The neighborhood
The apartment is located in Bourdeau, a charming little village nestled on the western shore of Lake Bourget, in Savoie (73), and dominated by the Dent du Chat culminating at 1309 meters.
Through many marked trails, you will discover an exceptional setting combining the charm of the small port of Bourdeau, the beauty of the shores of Lake Bourget and the majesty of the Massif de l'Épine. It is the last village before the wild coast of the lake.

-A little more than 5 minutes by car from the village of Le Bourget du Lac where you will find all amenities: bakeries, tobacconist, PROXI grocery store, etc...
-5 minutes by car from the magnificent Lake of Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities: boat rental with or without a license, cruises, sailing, water skiing, wake, rowing, paddle, kayak...)
-A 20-minute drive from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course
20 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, with a rich ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
45 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz
1h30 from the ski resorts of the 3 valleys (Méribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens, etc...)
Bourdeau is:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
- 20 minutes from the train station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
