The space
In terms of layout, you will have:
A living room with a brand new kitchen with all the essential equipment, a dining table with 4 stools and a lounge area with 120x200 cm sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV
A beautiful terrace of about 30m² with a magnificent view of the lake and its esplanade. There is an outdoor dining area and two comfortable armchairs.
A bedroom with double bed and closet/wardrobe
A brand new bathroom with a large Italian shower, a vanity unit
Separate toilets.

Important notes:
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
- As the handover of the keys is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.

The apartment is ideally located in Aix-Les-Bains:
A 2-minute walk from the magnificent Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...). A 10-minute walk from the beach of Mémard or the beach of Aix.
5 minutes by car from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves the city center every hour)
A 20-minute drive from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage
35 minutes by car from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake
A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz

- one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble by the Alpine motorway network.
- its train station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the city at different times of the day.
