The house is located in a residential area, it is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

=> A kitchen area with island, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee bean machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cookware...
In the basement:

On the 1st half-level:
1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a 140x190cm bed, desk and wardrobe
1 bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190cm bed and wardrobe
On the 2nd half-level:
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190cm bed, wardrobe and desk with screen
1 bathroom with small shower cubicle, sink and toilet
1 air-conditioned master bedroom with large dressing room, queen-size bed 160x200cm and television
At the 3rd half-level:
Games room (not air-conditioned) with table football, children's games and sofas.
Outside:
You will enjoy a large terrace with outdoor dining area for 8, gas barbecue, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs
Numerous leisure facilities adorn the rest of the terrace and garden:
Within the fenced by a gate, you can park 2 to 3 cars.

Bed linen and towels are provided and set up
Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure.
The house has a FIBRE Wifi internet connection
Important note:
- As the key collection is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight.

The house is located on the first heights of Aix-Les-Bains, so you will be:
Less than 5 minutes by car from the Chevalley Thermal Baths for your spa treatment or a spa afternoon
5 minutes by car from Place Carnot for a brunch on the terrace, from the market square, from the Casino Grand Cercle to admire the sumptuous stained glass windows and Art Nouveau mosaics or try your hand at games of chance, from the Faure Museum to admire a beautiful collection of works of art...
Aix-les-Bains, Riviera of the Alps, has been a holiday resort since the nineteenth century and offers an ideal location for a diversified tourist stay with its cultural and historical sites, thermal baths, spas, restaurants, casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year round.
In addition, the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, will allow you to entertain yourself with a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruise, boat rental without a license...) – 10 minutes by car

the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing in summer; alpine and Nordic skiing in winter with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz – From 25 minutes by car.

By train:- its station is served by the TGV which leads to Paris in 3 hours
By plane:- 15 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
